Our inaugural release of PV showcases depth, viscosity, and finesse. Aromas of opulent black cherry, rich toffee, and lush pomegranate draw you in, while the palate delivers dark, generous fruit layered with hints of vanilla, dark chocolate, and flinty slate. Sweet, toasty oak frames the wine beautifully, leading to a lingering finish with subtle whispers of licorice.

76.5% Petit Verdot, 11.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Touriga, 6% Tannat.
Hand picked, sorted, then crushed and destemmed into open macro bins for fermentation on the skins for 9 days.
Then barreled in a combination of new and used American Oak for secondary malolactic fermentation and aged for 18 months.
