The Cellar Club Terms & Conditions
By joining The Cellar Club, you agree to the following:
Membership: There is no membership fee. You will be charged for the wines included in each shipment, plus applicable tax and shipping.
Shipments: Cellar Club shipments are scheduled for January, April, July, and October. Each shipment includes three wines selected by Jolene Family Winery.
Wine Selections: Members may customize their selections before each shipment by swapping wines or adding additional bottles. Any price difference from customized selections will be reflected in the total.
Additional Bottles: Additional bottles may be added to your shipment and are eligible for member discounts based on the total number of bottles in the shipment:
3–5 bottles: 10% off wine
6–11 bottles: 15% off wine
12+ bottles: 20% off wine
Shipping: Cellar Club members receive 50% off shipping on every shipment, including additional bottles added to the order.
Payment: Your payment method on file will be charged for each shipment once the shipment is processed. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and accurate billing and shipping information.
Shipping Eligibility: Wine can only be shipped to states where permitted by applicable laws. Shipping availability may vary by state.
Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive wine. An adult 21 or older must be available to accept wine deliveries where required by law.
